Recombinant Human GARP(G139N)&Latent TGF Beta 1 Complex Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal.It contains His20-Leu628 (GARP(G139N)) & Leu30-Ser390 (Latent TGF Beta 1).
GARP(G139N)&Latent TGF Beta 1 Complex
LRRC32; GARP; LAP; TGF-beta-1; LRRC32&TGF-beta 1; LRRC32&TGFB1
Q14392(GARP(G139N))&P01137(Latent TGF beta 1)
His20-Leu628(GARP(G139N)) & Leu30-Ser390(Latent TGF beta 1)
The protein has a predicted MW of 70.3 kDa (GARP(G139N))&41.4 kDa (Latent TGF Beta 1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-80 kDa (GARP(G139N))&15 kDa&42-48 kDa (Latent TGF Beta 1) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Immobilized Human GARP (G139N) &Latent TGF Beta 1 Complex, His Tag at 5ug/ml (100ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-GARP&Latent TGF Beta 1 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.73ug/ml determined by ELISA. See testing image for detail.
> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE;> 95% as determined by HPLC
Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method.
Shipped at ambient temperature.
Lyophilized from 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 ug/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
